The 18th Annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards were kicked off at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Jan. 29, 2012.
Although the award ceremony honors actors and actress for their outstanding work in motion picture and television, we can’t help but about the fashion! Every year, stars flock to the red carpet donning some of the best designers of the past and present.
Let’s take a look at some of the night’s hits and misses.
And the winner of the night goes to Regina King! She looked flawless in this lilac and lace strapless dress. Just beautiful.
It’s pretty hard to get on the fashion miss list while wearing a suit but unfortunately Jonah Hill did just that. The suit just wasn’t tailored to fit. His jacket appeared too tight while his pants were a little too baggy. Sorry Jonah.
Viola Davis was a hit in her strapless gold embezzled off white number. We like!
So was Natalie Portman in her strapless plum design. She looks great post baby.
As for Octavia Spencer, a hit! Loving her silver number with just the right amount of accessory.
Unfortunately, Angelina Jolie missed this one. Her black alter top dress hung on her body and failed to show off her curves. It was rather bland. We’ll pass.
Sofia Vergara nailed her fuchsia strapless form fitting dress. She never fails!
Much like Angelina, Zoe Saldana‘s dress lacked shape and didn’t sit well on her petite frame. We’ll call this one a miss.
Not loving Kelly Osbourne‘s white hair but her dress was just beautiful. After dropping 20lbs she’s learned what works for her body and what does. She’s come along way, hasn’t she?
Unfortunately Tina Fey missed this one as well. Where do we even begin, did she even wanna be there?
And Michelle Williams nailed this red ensemble! Flawless!
