Brandy was spotted at the NARM Biz Awards recently and I couldn’t help but noticed how fierce she looked. Don’t you just love the hair! The curls and the volume looks great on her, it goes well with a heart-shape face like hers.

The  event was held at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza in California and the singer arrived in this Izmaylova black satin and leather mini dress from their ‘Edge of Darkness’ collection. Price tag? A dress like this will run you close to $2,000.
