President Obama sat down during a one on one interview with Jay Leno on ‘The Tonight Show’ last night and finally addressed Donald Trump‘s offer to donate $5 million to charity if he released his school and medical records.
The always charismatic Obama made light of the situation joking that his beef with the Donald began while growing up in Kenya over a soccer match.
“This all dates back to when we were growing up in Kenya. We had constant run-ins on the soccer field, he wasn’t very good and resented it. When we finally moved to America, I thought it would be over.”
On a more serious note, Obama commented on Senator Richard Murdoch‘s views on rape, calling pregnancy resulting from rape a “gift” from God and shouldn’t be aborted.
“Rape is rape, it is a crime. And so these various distinctions about rape don’t make too much sense to me–don’t make any sense to me. The second thing this underscores though is this is exactly why you don’t want a bunch of politicians, mostly male, making decisions about women’s healthcare decisions.”
