Over the weekend we announced Halle Berry, is going to be a mom again. On her pregnancy the actress reveals, “I feel fantastic..This has been the biggest surprise of my life, to tell you the truth,” the 46 year old tells CNN. “I thought I was kind of past the point where this could be a reality for me. So it’s been a big surprise and the most wonderful thing.”
Despite numerous reports she’s having a boy, Halle says, at the moment, she does not know the sex of the baby.
During her interview, Halle also talked about her work with designer Michael Kors and the UN World Food Programme to fight hunger. She discusses her efforts and how it’s impacted her now that she’s a mom with another child on the way.
“Especially now, being a pregnant woman and already having a child… it’s so important what happens to the baby while they’re in utero, and the first 1,000 days is fundamental.”
Halle and fiancé, Olivier Martinez, expect a deliver some time this fall joining Halle’s daughter, Nahla, 5, from a previous relation.
