Kim Kardashian & Kris Humphries Finally Come To Divorce Agreement!

It took a year and a half, following his 72 days marriage, but it looks like Kris Humphries has come to his senses. The NBA player will be settling (we hope)his divorce drama with pregnant ex Kim Kardashian.

Although Humphries initially argued, Kim committed fraud by entering into the marriage for the sole purpose of filming a reality show centered around the wedding and marriage. He believes she was never actually committed to making the marriage work.

Now, Kris seems to be backing down, mainly, because there is no evidence to prove his theory. He is expected to appear in a Los Angeles court today to settle their dispute. Hopefully he won’t miss another court hearing following last week’s missing in action fiasco.

We think this is simply a case of a lover scorned. Glad Humphries was able to come to his senses.

Kim is now expecting her first child with rapper Kanye West this summer.

*Update*: It’s over! Kris Humphries did not put up a fight today at his court appointed divorce hearing. He not only dropped his allegations of fraud he did not get the $7 million in demanded nor did he get the annulment he wanted. The marriage will be officially dissolved when the exes sign their divorce papers. They’ll also pay their own attorney fees.

On what prompted Humphries to drop his suit? His love of basketball.

In an official statement he says (via a rep), “Kris and his family are excited to move forward and are grateful for all the support they have received in this process.”

“His commitment to the Brooklyn Nets and the team’s incredible fans is his number one priority and he is excited to head into the playoffs tomorrow with this situation behind him.”
