Rita Ora Changes Blond Hair To Blue! (Photo)

Rita Ora posted a picture of her new hair color last night on Instagram. The singer-songwriter looks extra fab with the new blue color especially since this isn’t a color that just anyone can pull off. Lots of celebs are taking to extreme colors and I, personally, love it. As long as it is kept looking healthy, I say go for it! Let’s see if this is a permanent change or if the singer will hit us with an even crazier color. What do you think of the color?
