After months of speculation, Kris and Bruce Jenner confirmed what many already suspected. The couple have separated after 22 years of marriage.
The couple released a joint statement, on Tuesday, making the official announcement of their split, via E!news. “We are living separately and we are much happier this way,” the statement reads.
“But we will always have much love and respect for each other,” the statement continued. Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority.”
Sources close to the couple reveal that at the moment there is no talk of a divorce. Sources also confirm that the couple have been separated since June.
Ironically, it was just this past April the momager and television personality wished her husband a happy anniversary. On Jenner’s official website she wrote, “Best 22 years I could ever have imagined…hope the next 22 is even more fabulous…I love you!”
Bruce currently resides in his Malibu bachelor pad while Kris remains in their Calabasas, CA home — something that was confirmed on their “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” reality show.
At the time of filming, the couple insisted they were only taking a break. We can now confirm, rumors of a separation was, in fact, true.
