Jennifer Hudson‘s star keeps shining brighter and brighter. In fact, she was just honored with her very own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for her contribution to music and film.
The Grammy and Oscar winning star’s year started off with a bang with her performance at this year’s Super Bowl and the Academy Awards. She was even an honorary guest and performer and the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Ball.
In addition to her Hollywood star, J Hud’s year seems to be ending on a pretty good note as well. She portrayed iconic heroin Winnie Mandela in the movie biopic, “Winnie” , back in September and is slated to star in the Langhsta Hughes adaptation and musical of ‘Black Nativity’ this December.

No disrespect, but she doesn’t really deserve one yet. I hope she didn’t spend her own money on that star – that $250K will come in handy in a couple of years.
