At just 20 years old, actress Keke Palmer has just become the youngest talk show host in television history.

The show, to be named ‘The Keke Palmer Project’, will be produced by Telepictures and executive produced by Judge Joe Mathis and is scheduled for a four-week trial run on BET.

“According to Deadline.com, her show will cover such topics as fashion, pop culture, social issues, sex, and will feature celebrity interviews, “on the street” bits and undercover segments,” reports The Jasmine Brand.

The site adds, “KeKe’s work in Hollywood became well known, when she played in the 2006 movie, Akeelah And The Bee. She went on to topline her own series, Nickelodeon comedy True Jackson, VP.”

“In addition to KeKe’s new show, BET has brought two syndicated daily talk shows to its network– The Wendy Williams Show and The Queen Latifah Show. They have also acquired upcoming syndicated panel talk show The Real, which is set to debut this fall.”

The Keke Palmer Project is set to air sometime this July, five days a week, Monday through Friday.

This is such great news and an incredible accomplishment for the young actress.

Congrats Keke!
