Singer and ‘R&B Divas LA’ star Chrisette Michele has just gotten engaged to her longtime manager Doug “Biggs” Ellison.
Of the news, it was the songstress who made an official announce via her Instagram page.
The message reads…
According to Ice Cream Convos, “Doug and Chrisette’s relationship goes as far back as 2001, when he was her manager and producer under his Four Kings Productions imprint. But, we’ll give you the scoop on that later.”
The site also notes that Ellison is also former manager of Chinx. The rapper who was gunned down and murdered in his Queens, New York neighborhood earlier this year.
Ellison also shared his own message on his Instagram profile.
Upon unveiling an image of himself and Michele he writes, “When you know… You know…”
He also shared a second image, giving us a closer look at the singer’s engagement ring.
He again adds, “She said #Yes @chrisettemichele my everything! #Godcan”
