Some very sad news sweethearts, since news last year that “Real Chance of Love” reality star, Ahmad “Real” Givens, was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer, we were under the impression that things were on the up and up. Unfortunately, we’ve now learned that Ahmad has continued on in his fight against the disease following a recent set back.
Real’s cancer has worsened in his liver and lungs … according to his brother, Chance, who also tells us Real just had surgery to implant a port that will administer the chemo.
Chance says because the tumors in Real’s lungs have grown … doctors have cut him off from smoking medical marijuana for pain management.
Thankfully, however, Givens has managed to keep a positive outlet despite all odds.
On Oct. 4, 2014, He shared this footage with fans to provide some information on his cancer treatment.
“Sharing my port they put in for chemo.Enjoy your weekend.Love you all.”

Real shared a follow up video on Oct 17, 2014, giving his followers another update on his condition. This time he adds, “Getting ready to have radiation on my cerebellum.May God bless the doctors and the procedure.”

And just three days ago, Real again shared an update on his condition and treatment.
“Just finished up radiation for the cerebellum and headed home.My head is killing me so I need rest.Thanks for your prayers and love from everyone.Special thanks to my bro Kamal this morning.”
