Congratulations to Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz! The couple have just welcomed their second son, Genesis Ali Dean.
The baby boy was born on December 27, 2014 at 1:52 am, weighing 6 lbs and 5 oz.
Sharing the news of her delivery with nearly 3 million instagram followers, Keys unveiled an image with details of the child’s birth along with this message, “The joy of joy is joy!! It’s a boy!!…we are so grateful!! #blessings!!….”
Also announcing the news of his son’s arrival, the music producer reiterated much of the same. He also shared the very same image along with the words, “The Joy of Joy is Joy… it’s a Boy… #Blessings…”
It was back in August when the couple revealed that they were expecting again while celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary.
The baby boy joins his older brother Egypt Dean, 4. He also joins two elder brothers and a sister from his dad’s side from previous relationships.
