Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross are new parents to a bouncing baby girl.
Earlier in the week, it was reported that Simpson, 30, was rushed to a hospital in LA in anticipation for her daughter’s birth.
This is the first child for the couple who wed last summer. She joins Simpson’s 6-year-old son, Bronx, from her first marriage to rocker Pete Wentz.
It’s the first child for Ross, 26.
As for a name, the couple have yet to make an official announcement and reveal their daughter’s name.
