Although she threatened to quit the show on allegations VH1 created false rumors that she cheated on fiance, Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, Evelyn Lazada will be back for season 4 of ‘Basketball Wives: Miami’. The drama surrounding her exit apparently worked in her favor and gained her a spinoff!
Cameras will follow her and Chad (and their ridiculousness) as they prepare to walk down the aisle next summer (*yawn*). But it doesn’t end there. Evelyn’s threats also garnered her a raise while not being required to shoot as many scenes. How was she able to do this? Well, the “reality star” would like to focus on spending more time with her fiance as well as schedule her life around her daughter’s school schedule. If you remember, we watched last season as the single mom prepared for her daughter’s departure to college. Can you say DIVA?!
Eve and the ladies of the show, along with two new cast members, are currently filming in NY and Miami for their season 4 return. According to one of her recent tweets, the show will return this February.
Honestly, I think these two deserve each other. They’re both fame whores, obviously. Good luck with that!
