We loved Rihanna‘s hot red number but Miss Kelly Rowland is certainly our pick for best dressed of the night. She even managed to out to Jennifer Lopez with her beautiful and toned thighs hanging all out.

The singer wore a shear perfectly symmetrical black dressed lined inall the right places.

And a happy birthday to Ms. Rowland! The singer turns 32 tomorrow, February 11th.
