The Best & Worst Dressed List For The 2013 Met Gala Red Carpet Arrivals

For this year’s annual 2013 Met Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, celebrities and entertainers put together their best (and worst) ensemble for the year’s theme, ‘Punk Couture’. Some got it right and some got it horribly wrong.

Jennifer Lopez in this black sheer Monique Lhuillier gown.

Kerry Washington in a medieval Vera Wang gown.

Rita Ora is white Thakoon gown. Nice.

Actress Anne Hatheway debut her new blond pixie cut in this Valentino gown.

Taylor Swift J. Mendel.

Gwen Stefani wearing Chanel.

They didn’t make the worst dressed list for the night but we’re still not sure how we feel about these choices for designs worn that night.

Beyonce in Givenchy.

Kim Kardashian in Riccardo Tisci floral gown.

Kristen Stewart in Stella McCartney.

Katy Perry Dolce & Gabbana. Something’s a bit off and we’re not so sure what it is. Maybe it’s the tailoring of the gown on Katy’s body. It doesn’t quite fit.

Dakota Fanning in Rodarte.

Sarah Jessica Parker in Giles Deacon embellished gown and headpiece. A bit over the top?

Nicki Minaj in blue Tommy Hilfiger gown. although the dress isn’t a bad choice. It doesn’t look as if it was well tailored for the rapper. Maybe a last minute choice, perhaps? But it is much tamer than she’s known for. For that she missed the worst dressed list.
