Beyonce 2006 “Ring The Alarm” Footage

Some behind the scenes footage of Beyonce’s 2006 VMA performance of “Ring The Alarm” has surfaced recently. The footage is said to be apart of a dvd release of never before seen footages of Beyonce’s preparation and rehearsals for numerous concerts and televised performaces.
One thing I like about seeing her behind the scenes videos is that she appears to be more relateable, just a normal everyday person who just wants to put in the work to put her best foot forward. No doubt she works pretty hard to make sure she delivers everytime and I can respect that. Check out the footage below.

Loving a comment she makes about the blue lights, “I hate all that ugly blue lights. I’m a black girl! You can’t put blue lights on black girls!” Lol.
