Just when we thought she wouldn’t show up, Beyonce made a fashionably late appearance at the Met Gala, Monday night, wearing a see-through sheer Givenchy gown.
Many speculated that the pop icon would not make an appearance at this year’s Met Gala stemming from the humiliating elevator fight between her sister Solange and husband and rapper Jay Z, last year.
If you all remember, a video footage of the fight (mainly Solange’s physical assault on the rapper) while leaving the Met after party last year was leaked to the press days after the occurrence.
Although the family would eventually issue a statement to warn off further speculation, also while not providing any details as to what really went down in the elevator, many wondered if the pair would attend the annual event this year.
Solo and hubby Alan Ferguson, however, were one of the first pairs in attendance while Bey and Jay were visibly absent. Well, that was until the Queen Bee herself shared several images of her Met attire with fans on Instagram following her graceful strut down the Met Gala red carpet in her beautiful and sheer Givenchy number.
