Outkast rapper, Big Boi, and wife Sherlita Patton have decided to put their differences behind them and call off their divorce.
It seems like the Pattons have had a change of heart since their divorce filing last October.
It was actually Mrs. Patton who filed the paperwork to end her 11 years marriage, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for wanting the divorce.
It was also rumored that infidelity issues played a role in the demise of the couple’s relationship. And, things were getting ugly.
While Mrs. Patton demanded spousal support and full custody of the couple’s young son, the rapper demanded she get a job.
But, not so fast.
Just earlier this month, the couple quietly filed docs to overturn their divorce proceedings.
But, it seems, the couple had been on good terms for quite a while.
During the rapper’s reunion and first performance with Outkast band mate Andre 300, in seven years, at the Annual 2014 Coachella Music Festival, Sherlita was in tow to support her husband. And just this past Mother’s Day, the rapper wished his wife, “Happy Mother’s Day to my queen.”
We’re happy to see the couple were able to work out their differences and stay together. We wish them all the best.
