Big Sean Called Off Engagement Over Naya Rivera’s Jealous Ways

We may now have clearer insight as to why Big Sean called off his engagement to Naya Rivera.

According to reports, “Big Sean broke off his engagement to Naya Rivera because he was scared off by her violent fits of anger and jealousy.”

“…we’re told B.S. made the decision weeks ago after realizing his fiancee was way too controlling,” reports TMZ.com.

“Our sources say Naya demanded to know where he was at all times and would threaten him by saying things like, ‘If you don’t listen to what I say, I’ll ruin your career,'” the site adds.

The site also notes that the ‘Glee’ actress was suspicious whenever the rapper would be around other women, so much so, she’d get worked up into a jealous rage.

They even go as far as reporting that Rivera broke an expensive lamp in the rapper’s home during an angry rampage.

We may have seen a glimpse of Naya’s rage, on Wednesday, when news broke of the broken engagement. The actress took to Twitter to accuse her now ex of stealing her rolex.

“@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady’s house now. Maybe cuz I’m on Glee and making more money or something. #triflin,” Rivera tweeted on Wednesday (April 9, 2014).

Sources close to the couple insist that the watch was actually Sean’s and given to Naya to wear but never to keep.

TMZ.com is also reporting that the couple also opted to go to couple’s counseling to save their relationship. Unfortunately, counseling only made Sean realize he no longer wanted to be in the relationship.

Naya’s tweet has since been removed.
