Who saw this coming?! Actors Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively got married in a secret ceremony after dating just under a year. The wedding took place at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, in south Carolina.
Guests included close friends only, confirms E! News.
The newlywed’s reception took place underneath a large white tent with music from Lively’s friend Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine along with a DJ.
And according to People, Lively wore a Marchesa couture bridal ball gown with a hand-draped silk tulle bodice adorned with crystal and rose gold embroidery. Her bridesmaids wore blush silk chiffon Marchesa gowns with crystal embroidered detail. The women all wore shoes from Christian Louboutin.
The groom and groomsmen donned Burberry suits with custom leather suspenders designed by Ryan’s friend Christopher Bailey.
The couple exchanged rings by Lorraine Schwartz.
Blake was previously linked to Leonardo DiCaprio while Ryan was engaged once before to singer Alanis Morissette and wed actress Scarlett Johannson in 2008 only to divorce two years later.
We’re getting the feeling Ryan Reynolds craves companionship.
Needless to say, congratulations Blake and Ryan.
