Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter to Bobby Brown and the late Whitney Houston, was found unresponsive in a bathtub, Saturday morning, and was subsequently rushed to an Atlanta hospital.
According to police, Brown was found unconscious and unresponsive in a bathtub in her home at approximately 10:30 am. Authorities have also revealed the she was found by husband Nick Gordan and a friend, who immediately performed CPR to revive her.
After an unsuccessful attempt to revive Brown, Roswell, GA police and paramedics were called to the scene where Brown was then taken to a local hospital.
According to TMZ.com, “Doctors have now stabilized her breathing.”
It’s still unclear what caused Brown to fall unconscious, however.
The news seems eerie considering Brown’s mother, the late and legendary Whitney Houston, passed away nearly three years ago by a drug overdose. Houston was also found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Los Angeles hotel room. Houston passed away on February 11, 2012 less than 24 hours before the Grammy Awards, the reason Houston was in town in the first place.
