It’s over! Brandon Jennings and Tae Heckard‘s relationship that is. After showing off their relationship all over social media, it seems, there will be no wedded bliss.
It was Jennings who announced the split, not that we’re surprised. The athlete is known to not be one to bite his tongue.
Upon report by gossip site, Media Take Out, that Heckard was spotted with ex-boyfriend and rapper Nelly, Jennings tweeted to let fans know that the actress’ reported sighting with the rapper wasn’t why the engagement was called off.
Although he did not go into specifics, this was the first time Jennings had let it be known that he and Heckard had split.
Jennings also joked about dating Nelly’s other ex and singer Ashanti. See what else he tweeted below.
The news shouldn’t come as a surprise, however. Jennings other ex-fiance, Teyana Taylor, did warn the actress. After speaking out publicly about the relationship and feeling betrayed by Heckard, she hinted that the athlete would not be committed during her interview with radio station Power 105.1 (Listen HERE).
Heckard has, however, chosen to remain silent.
Nonetheless, we wish the former couple all the best.
