Britney Spears & Fiance Jason Trawick Call Off Engagement

Well it looks like the rumors were true. Britney Spears and fiance Jason Trawick will not be getting married. After announcing just hours ago that she’ll be departing from X Factor USA as a panel judge,  Spears has just confirmed the end of her three year relationship in an official statement. “Jason and I have decided to call off our engagement,” confirms People.com. “I’ll always adore him and we will remain great friends.”

“As this chapter ends for us a new one begins. I love and cherish her and her boys and we will be close forever,” adds Trawick.

The couple got engaged back in December of 2011. Rumors the couple were on their outs was first reported by TMZ.com.

Are you guys surprised Jason and Britney didn’t make it?

Honestly, Jason didn’t stand a chance. She hasn’t been the same since Timberlake and got even worse after Federline. Sad.
