Former ‘Two and a Half’ actor Charlie Sheen may have too much time on his hands. Sheen wrote a letter, that he made public, blasting pop star Rihanna over her refusal to meet his fiancee while dining at the same restaurant.

Firstly I want to thank you for recognizing me as Royalty. I’m flattered.

Ouch! He was really ticked off, huh? I’d like to think it was really Charlie who wanted to meet the pop star and not his fiancee. Why so made Charlie?
Should we be surprised, the actor is known to be a little whacky.
But it didn’t end there. In true bad gal fashion, Rihanna clapped back at the actor. Here’s what she tweeted…
