Clippers owner, Donald Sterling may be wishing he could crawl under a rock at this very moment. An audio of Sterling’s racist rant to girlfriend, V Stiviano, has just leaked to the media.
On the tape, obtained by TMZ.com, Sterling could be heard stating, “…you don’t have to have yourself with, walking with black people.”
Sterling also demanded that Stiviano not bring black people to his games, including retired basketball player and business man Magic Johnson, whom she shared a picture of on her Instagram page.
“…Don’t put him [Magic] on an Instagram for the world to have to see so they have to call me. And don’t bring him to my games.”
“You can sleep with [black people]. You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want. The little I ask you is not to promote it on that … and not to bring them to my games.”
At another point in the audio Sterling again adds, “It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you’re associating with black people. Do you have to?”
The news shouldn’t come as a surprise, however. Sterling has had a history of being labeled a racist. In fact, he was sued by the government, twice, for refusing to rent apartments to Blacks and Latinos.
He was also sued by former Clippers executive Elgin Baylor for racial discrimination. Unfortunately the jury, at the time, didn’t feel there was sufficient evidence to back up these claims. The case was ultimately dismissed.
The irony here is that Stiviano is half black and half Mexican.

As you can imagine, following the leak, a number of celebrities have issued statements about their disgust, disapproval and encouraging fans to boycott until Sterling is replaced.
Terrence J:
“Can’t believe I shook this guys hand a few weeks ago at a game. This is so disturbing and disappointing. I can no longer support this organization until this issue is resolved.”
Reverend Al Sharpton:
The Reverend released a statement on his official website adding, “The NBA must investigate L.A. Clippers owner, Donald Sterling’s, recent racial comments that were caught on tape and discipline him. No one should be allowed to own a team if they have in fact engaged in this kind of racial language. We are prepared at National Action Network to rally in front of the NBA headquarters if this matter is not immediately dealt with.”
Snoop Dogg took a more aggressive approach when he shared the video below along with this caption, “Message !! To the owner of the la clippers !! Ubitchu”
The list of celebrities who spoken out against the Clippers own continues to grow.

Oh s%&t snoop went in on dude lol lol. I totally agree with Snoop.
its bad, his racism is taught and passed down…he provides food and clothing statement was the ultimate sick part like no motherfucker they play hard and work hard for it
I can’t believe that he did this, it’s horrible to see someone spew out racist things like this.
He’s 80 years, I didn’t expect anything different from someone that age, that’s all they know.
Wow this is really sad and horrible. But some older people just feels this way. My grandmother is almost 80 and she’s suffering from dementia, she said yesterday “I don’t like no white people” while we were watching tv, this shocked me because a couple of my bf’s were white. All my life she taught me not to judge anyone, so I was shocked hearing this but I guess the dementia is bringing out her true feelings…when you get older that’s what happens.
Not to get offside (old white man a racist – SHOCKING!. . . not), but are we sure this woman is actually a woman?
