Chris Brown, Chris Brown, Chris Brown…why can’t you allow yourself to be great?
Just one day before the singer’s 26th birthday, May 5th, Brown is suspected of misdemeanor battery. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, at approximate 3:42 today Brown got into an altercation with an unidentified man at the Palms Casino Resort during a basketball game.
Although we do not yet know what the fight was about, Brown is suspected of assaulting the man along with a member of his entourage. The victim was later taken to Sunrise Hospital to be treated fro non-life threatening injuries.
LVMPD has given the singer the option of signing a citation for the assault or have the case submitted to the Clark County District Attorney’s office for further investigation.

What’s even more unfortunate, a judge ruled that Brown could officially be taken off a five year probation sentence stemming from his 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend and singer Rihanna just six weeks ago.
It’s also no secret that the singer has had several other run-ins with the law, all having to do with his anger management issues and assault on other parties.
What does this mean? Well, the singer’s recent run in with the law could very well get the judge’s previous ruling overturned. We’ll keep up updated on all the latest developments.
