Deion Sanders Files For Divorce, Citing Unusual Reason

Seems Deion Sanders is the latest celebrity whose marriage has hit the bricks! The former corner back has filed for divorce from wife of 11 years, Pilar Sanders. The reason, you may wonder? Well, apparently, Mr Sanders wants to be the only star in the family.

According to reports he was quoted as saying,

“Enough is enough. I never signed up for all this. Enough is enough. If I wanted a model or a television star I would have married one a long time ago. All I wanted was a housewife.”

Pilar’s new endeavors as a reality tv star and business woman has put a damper on her marriage but ironically Pilar and the Sanders children were featured on Deion’s very own reality show a few years ago, correct? Seems like his pride is doing all the talking. Or his he afraid to take a back seat to his wife and become the “house husband?”

When asked about how she was handling all of this according to Hello Beautiful she says,

“It’s unfortunate that my husband decided to take this course of action…I’m surprised and hurt… As I said to my children, we must take a minute breath and Trust God.”

. It would be a shame to break up a family due to one’s own pride and selfishness. Seems there may be more to this story than we all know. Hmmm…. interesting.
