GQ magazine is known for being a professional mens magazine that focuses on the style and culture of males. The magazine definitely got it right by choosing the 57 year old, actor/director, Denzel Washington. 57?! Can you believe that?
In the magazine, Washington talks about various moments in his acting career. He divulges about the fact that he regretted turning down roles in the movies, Seven and Michael Clayton. When asked by reporter Michael Hainey about a code that he lives by, Washington simply answers, “I read from the Bible everyday, and I read my Daily Word.” Hainey discusses everything from politics to Washington’s parents being divorced to the late Whitney Houston.
