Following news that Lauryn Hill was pregnant with her sixth child a couple months back, long time partner Rohan Marley made news and a bit of controversy when he tweeted that he was not the father. Marley, however, later retracted the statement and issued an apology to Hill. In fact, the couple were spotted together days before Hill went into labor to deliver her son spending quality time with their children.
Lauryn is now taking matters into her own hands and has released a statement of her own. Via twitter the singer revealed this image with the message that follows,
Although she did not say the exact words that he is not the father we can assume that that is the message she is conveying.
Another clue? Days after the birth of Lauryn’s son Rohan Marley himself tweeted, “I’m forwarding all well wishes to Ms. Hill on the birth of her new son. I’m sure she’ll appreciate the love being sent to her RASTAFARI R.M.”
If that isn’t enough proof for you then I don’ t know what is. Marley has also spent a lot of time tweeting about negative gossip, speculation and people not searching for validity or the true nature of their relationship. Only they know I suppose. With that said, I’m dying to know WHO IS THE CHILD’S FATHER?!
