Who better to give advice on dating an NBA athlete than La La Vazquez who finally jumped the broom after a 6 year courtship with Knicks player Carmelo Anthony last year.
However, Vazquez insists she hasn’t had to give her friend BFF Kim Kardashian, currently dating New Jersey Nets players Kris Humphries, any advice. The former MTV VJ and TV personality revealed to InTouch during the Pampers 50th birthday and “Little Miracle Missions” campaign that, “You know it’s funny because I haven’t had to give her much advice. She’s probably given me more advice than I’ve given her. She seems to be really happy, and as her friend, that’s what’s most important to me.”
What are La La’s thoughts on Kim’s new beau? “I love Kris. He’s a really great guy.”
In the past I’ve written about Kim K. and my belief that she’s a serial dater? Will this last, only time will tell of course but typically dating one high profile celebrity to the next doesn’t usually ends in ones favor. Reports have already surfaced that Kim and Kris are ready marry. For now I’ll say this is just a rumor.
Although I don’t know her personally, I truly wish her all the best but maybe she should also take a break from the dating scene to really discover what she wants in a mate. She may even find true love with the not so famous guy. Good luck Kim!
