Bad news Drake fans! The rapper will not be making an appearance, nor will he be performing, at the 2014 Grammy Awards Nominations Concert, Friday night.
According to a rep for the musician, he has a last minute “scheduling conflict”, that prevents him from attending the event.
Although the show had been promoting the rapper’s appearance since October, a rep has confirmed Drake had a last minute “scheduling conflict”, that prevents him from attending the event.
“Unfortunately, due to scheduling complications, Drake will no longer be performing … [he’s] currently in the middle of his nationwide ‘Would You Like A Tour?’ and sincerely apologizes to his fans that he can’t be there.”
Although Drake won’t make it, you can still watch and check out performances from British sensation, Lorde, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift, who were all added in the last 24 hours.
You can also tune in to see legendary R&B group Earth, Wind and Fire, Robin Thicke, T.I., Miguel, and Keith Urban.
The show, hosted by LL Cool J, will begin at 10 p.m ET on CBS.
