Miami Heat basketball star Dwyane Wade is very much aware that he’s messed up in his relationship with actress Gabrielle Union.
The athlete shared an image of his fiancee and the lady that’s been by his side for much of five years on Instagram, Wednesday afternoon (March 5, 2014), noting her as his #WCW (Woman Crush Wednesday). Upon sharing the image Wade added, “My #WCW my #beautifulblackqueen… My Life mistakes gave me you and my life mistakes almost made me lose you but your love has conquered all and I hope to spend the rest of my life with you…”
Awwww the gesture is sweet. Too bad it didn’t take long before the athlete began being trashed and taunted by female followers about the recent announcement he fathered a child with another woman while on a “break” with Union. And, did we forget, proposing to her just weeks prior to the news breaking in the media.
Of his past mistakes leading up to meeting Union, we’re guessing, he’s indicating his failed marriage to ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches, whose also accused the athlete of cheating among other things. Siohvaughn has also accused Wade and Union of carrying on an affair prior to an official separation.
Hmmm…it was a nice gesture though. We wish the couple well.

Translation, I cheated on my wife ended up with you, and I cheated on you and ended up with a baby, but I don’t want to lose you, too, because I keep on cheating.
But good luck, and much happiness although the pattern is clearly laid out. People change…sometimes sooner than later…or not!
