It’s trouble for former “America’s Next Top Model” winner, Eva Marcille, and singer/songwriter Kevin McCall.
Although the couple appeared to be in blissful joy, welcoming their newborn daughter earlier this year, that just isn’t the case.
After filing a restraining order against McCall, back in March, for an alleged assault she says took place in their home, Marcille was just awarded full custody of their daughter, Marley.
In her complaint, Eva says Kevin “went on a rampage in their home, kicking down doors and trying to snatch their daughter from Eva’s arms.”
As per the restraining order, McCall must stay at least 100 yards away from his ex and daughter. He has also lost any visitation rights. That’s at least until a court hearing later this month.
A rep for Marcille tells TMZ.com, “It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve into Eva’s life but as a responsible parent and adult she’s taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself.”
We wish the couple well.

This is why you don’t have children with people you don’t know. She’s got 18 more years with this fool. If she survives.
