Evelyn Lozada would like the “no-contact” suit against ex-husband Chad Johnson to be dismissed.
Sources close to the reality star tells TMZ, “Chad’s on track to finish his batterer’s intervention program in the next couple months — at which point Chad will ask the judge to terminate his probation and lift the no-contact order.
If that happens, Evelyn would have to get a civil restraining order to keep Chad away…”
However, Lozada is apparently not seeking to instate a restraining order against Johnson.
On whether Evelyn is looking to reunite with her abusive ex, friends insist she would not like to reconcile but move on with her life.
Johnson was sentenced to one year probation following his assault charges stemming from his August 11 headbutting incident of then wife, Lozada. Although his probation was terminated early due to good behavior there’s still a “no-contact” order still in place.
On another note, there are some recent rumors that VH1 may decide to air the previously cancelled “Eve & Ocho’ reality series.
