Fantasia Barrino, American Idol’s season winner, recently sat down with CNN to discuss her absence from the spotlight within the last year, from tumors to going back to school and personal growth.
I’m glad she has taken the time to go back to school and be better eduacation. The obvious misconception in Hollywood is that, when you become a star and start making lots of money you don’t need to an education. However, it is in a celebrities interest to do just that when signing contracts and money management, you obviously have to know the facts and know how to read and understand them.
However, I’m sorry to hear that she had tumors in her throat, but a good thing they weren’t life threatening.
