Look at what we have here, the first sightings of new parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West with newborn baby girl North West.
The couple and baby Nori, carried by a nanny, were spotted heading to a Los Angeles medical office Wednesday afternoon.
It was Kim K’s first public appearance since giving birth back in June. The new mom, visibly covered up, was all smiles along with her love Mr. West.
Unfortunately there were no clear shots of baby Nori. Not surprising considering the couple are pretty adament about not selling photos of their daughter nor showing her off to the public until they’re ready to do so.
