Former Destiny’s Child Member Latavia Roberson Pregnant, May Get Reality Series & Writes Memoir

Things are starting to look up for former Destiny’s Child band mate Latavia Roberson. Roberson is expecting her first child and is currently shopping her very own reality show.

The one time troubled singer seemed to have overcome her battle with alcoholism and downward spiral she experienced since her departure from the popular girl group and has made peace with both Kelly Rowland and Beyonce Knowles. In fact, it was just last January when Roberson praised her former band mates on their phenomenal Super Bowl performance.

Unfortunately the new found friendships may not be enough to prevent Roberson from writing a tell-all. In addition to expecting her first child and her reality show aspirations, Roberson is said to write a book on life since DC.

According to Urban Bell Mag, “Production plans include developing a reality show documenting LaTavia’s pregnancy, the ups and downs of her relationship with her child’s father and her past battle with molestation, alcoholism and jail time. Her struggles to distance herself from the negativity surrounding her untimely departure from Destiny’s Child, still follow her, but LaTavia is determined to clear the air once and for all. Future plans also include returning to the studio to showcase her voice for the first time as a solo artist and the final release of her highly anticipated “tell all” memoir due later this year!

Could this cause another strife between Roberson and Knowles and Rowland? We shall see.
