Saturday Night Live takes a spin at the long running game show “Jeopardy” with their own “Black Jeopardy” skit.

While some may find the video funny, others believe that the skit is racist in the way it depicts African Americans. Although I can admit to laughing at a few lines, I have to also admit that I was also a little bother by the continued stereotypical depiction of African Americans.

The show’s host, Daryll Hanes aka “Alek Treblack,” is played by Keenan Thompson. The game’s contestants are played by Jay Pharoah, newcomer Sasheer Zamata and Louis C.K., who plays an African American studies professor by the name of Mark.

It’s satire, which usually is stereotypical or exaggerated, some things were funny, but for the most part the concept went stale after the first two categories.
