Gisele Bundchen Delivers Baby Girl!

Gisele Bundchen and her New England Patriots husband Tom Brady have welcomed a daughter they’ve named Vivian Lake Brady.

The supermodel made the announcement, via her Facebook page, that she gave birth to her baby girl at home on Wednesday.

“We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel,” Bundchen posted.

“She is healthy and full of life, she adds. Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We wish you and your families many blessings.”

Baby Vivian joins older brother Benjamin who’ll turn 3 this Saturday. Tom Brady also has another son, John, 5, from a previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
