We knew things were pretty bad between Hally Berry and her ex Gabriel Aubry, but, we weren’t sure things were this bad.
The Academy Award winning actress has just been ordered to pay the Canadian model $16,000 a month in child support for their six year old daughter Nahla.
The settlement in their child support case, with both Berry and Aubry having joint physical and legal custody of the small child, was reached in a Los Angeles court on May 30th.
Berry was also ordered to pay their daughter’s tuition while both parents will be responsible for the child’s health care expense until she turns 19.
Berry also has to pay an additional $300,000 for Aubry’s attorney fees and retroactive child support in the amount of $115,000.
The bitter custody battle ensued when Berry wanted to move with their daughter to France with her current husband and actor Olivier Martinez, in early 2012.
Things got so bad, the two men were involved in a bloody brawl, around Thanksgiving 2012, leaving Aubry fairly injured.
The judge in the case eventually agreed to prevent Berry from relocating to France.
Berry now has another child with Martinez, a son, they’ve name Maceo. The couple were married last July.
Berry and Aubry met and began dating in 2005 and welcomed their daughter in 2008. The split by 2010. The were never married.
