Halle Berry Ordered To Pay 20k In Child Support

Halle Berry is not a very happy woman right now. She was just ordered by a California court to pay ex, Gabriel Aubry, 20,000 in child support per month.

TMZ has learned that although Nahla is now 4, until Monday there was never a child support order issued by a judge, but now one is in place.

It was just last month that Aubry requested the sum but the case was adjourned because paperwork wasn’t properly filled out.

During that time, Halle revealed that she planned to move to France with Nahla and fiance Olivier Martinez. She believes the country, and its privacy laws, is better fit to raise her young daughter.

“Laws that protect children, protect right to privacy. All I want is for my family and myself to have a normal life. When I’m not at work, that’s very important to me,” she’s previously stated.

The courts have yet to rule on Halle’s request to relocate.

  1. Wth? Since wen does any child need that much? Remind me again y she is pay’n him if they share custody?

  2. I totally agree! There has to be more to this story/case the general public didn’t learn. Especially if they share custody. Some ppl are suggesting that Halle is being made an example of. Since this is the same tune some men sing each day.
