Since her split from ex Gabriel Aubrey, Halle Berry has been plagued with court appearances, a nasty custody battle and attacks on her personal character. Even though she has since remarried and welcomed her second child with actor Olivier Martinez, it seems, all still isn’t well in Halle land.
In fact, in a custody hearing regarding the exes six year old daughter Nahla, a few months ago, the actress was ordered to pay Aubry $16,000 per month in child support payments despite the fact she also shares joint custody of their daughter. Halle, however, is now requesting that that payment be reduced to $3,000 per month.
The actress believes that Aubry has become content with the $16,000 child support income and refuses to get a job. According to TMZ, Halle claims that the model is very capable of work but has become comfortable and is now abusing the system.
