In some unfortunate turn of events, Heidi Montag’s plastic surgeon Frank Ryan died Monday following a tragic car accident.
The doctor, who became most notable for The Hills star ten procedure plastic surgery all performed in a single day, died from a blunt force trauma after his Jeep rolled down a cliff on the Pacific Coast Highway.
“Dr. Frank Ryan was a top tier plastic surgeon. His was held in high regard within the Beverly Hills and medical community at large. His skill and precision, as well as his care and concern for his patients truly made him a plastic surgery icon. He was much loved by his patients and staff and will sadly be missed by all,” Ryan’s colleague Dr. Lawrence Koplin told OK! in a statement.
Taking to her twitter profile Montag wrote, “I am devastated to hear the news of Dr. Frank Ryan’s death. He was the most amazing person I have ever known. He was an angel and changed my life and the lives of everyone he met. He was the most brilliant talented surgeon who will ever exist. Dr. Frank Ryan changed the world.”
“My thoughts and prayers go out to his mother, family, friends, and anyone who was ever blessed enough to meet him,” she concluded. “He is in a better place.”
