I have to say this year’s BET Awards did not disappoint. Some of the highlights of the night included Kelly Rowland’s first live performance of hit “Motivation”. Many wondered if Kelly could deliver a solid performance and Ms. Rowland did not disappoint. Loved it! And it didn’t hurt that Trey Songz joined in on the performance as well.
And I lOVED Jill Scott’s performance featuring the very sexy Idris Elba! What eye candy hmmmm!!! 🙂
Patti LaBelle was a the honoree of the night and was serenaded by singers Marsha Ambrosia and Cee Lo Green.

And Beyonce performed via a previously recorded video of her concert at the Glastonbury Festival in England.
