Who knew?! Ms. Janet Jackson or is it Mrs. Wissam Al Mana, is now a billionaire, but, it’s not because of her new billionaire husband.
According to a recent article in Variety, Janet has reached the billionaire mark solely from being one of the best artists of our time. Jackson, 47, has earned $458 million thanks to her successful concert tours, $304 million from acting roles in films like “For Colored Girls” and “The Nutty Professor,” $260 million in album sales, and more than $81 million from tour sponsorships and licensing fees.
Janet join the ranks of Oprah Winfrey, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and her husband, of course. Although Janet made her millions as an entertainer, Wissam is a retail tycoon with lucrative investments in the Middle East.
The couple were secretly married last year — news the singer confirmed back in December.
