Jessica Simpson becomes a mom for the second time! She and fiance, Eric Johnson, welcomed a son they’ve named Ace Knute Johnson.
The baby boy was delivered on Sunday, Us Weekly has confirmed, following an official statement from a Simpson rep.
“Ace Knute (pronounced Ka-nute) Johnson has arrived! Mom and baby are doing great,” her rep said in a statement. “Jessica, Eric and Maxwell are thrilled to welcome the new addition to their family.”
The couple welcomed daughter, Maxwell, just 14 months earlier. Simpson announced she was in fact expecting again last November only seven months after her daughter’s birth.
Simpson and Ericson, who’ve dated for the past three years, became engaged back in late 2010. They’ve been forced to postpone their wedding following the two back-to-back pregnancies. Perhaps, this time, they’ll make it down the aisle.
