Before Whitney Houston‘s untimely demise, she not only filmed upcoming movie “Sparkle” but also did a duet with fellow singer and co-star Jordin Sparks. Sparks plays Houston’s daughter who has her sight set on becoming the next singing sensation, at the disapproval of her mom, of course.The R. Kelly produced single is called “Celebrate” and will be featured on the movie soundtrack. Check it out below.
Not bad. Quite clever for the song to be released a day after Jordin received raved reviews for her tribute to Whitney during Sunday night’s Billboard awards. “Sparkle” will appear in theaters across the nation on August 17th.
