If you were tuned in to Sunday night’s episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta, then you were probably as shocked as we were when Kandi Burruss‘s ex-boyfriend, Chuck Smith, made some damning allegations about their relationship as well his relationship with cast mate Phaedra Parks.
After inviting Nene Leakes and Phaedra Parks to Athens, GA to speak at a Boys and Girls club, in which he is a mentor, Chuck then confronted Phaedra about their past relationship. Smith, perhaps for the benefit of his wife who’d asked both Kandi and Phaedra about their relationship with her husband, implied he and the ladies were only friends with benefits — having only a sexual relationship — and he was the “Big Homie.”
Apparently Chuck also felt it necessary to add that Phaedra was apart of “the team” and that he toyed with Kandi’s feelings only pretending that they were more serious than he truly believed.
Feeling the need to defend her character and expose Smith for his lies, Burruss did just that, during her radio interview with Big Tigger on Atlanta’s V-103 Live, on Monday. Kandi went on to elaborate about her true relationship with Chuck and that they were more than just friends with benefits. Listen to the full interview below.
