Kanye West may be too busy to care about a Ray J diss song. The Chi-town rapper is currently being sued over his 2005 hit record “Gold Digger”.

TMZ reports, the family of David Pryor has filed a lawsuit against the rapper for sampling his dad’s 1974 song “Bumpin’ Bus Stop” by the group Thunder & Lightning.
The suit, filed by Trena Steward and Lorenzo Pryor, claims West sample the catch phrase, “Get down girl, go ‘head, get down.” In Pryor’s song he echos “get down” three times, similar to that of West claims Stewart and Pryor.

The pair have asked the judge in the case to stop the sale of the song and provide them millions of dollars in compensation and damages for the unlicensed sample. The duo also claim that West and his parties, “systematically and willfully refused to clear samples of the Plaintiffs’ original, copyrighted work in order to gain a commercial profit and to avoid paying and crediting the author.”
The lawsuit also names Roc-a-Fella Records, Bad Boy Records, The Island Def Jam Music Group among a long list of conspirators in sampling the original record.
West have yet to respond to the allegations and filing.
